FREE AIA/CES Accredited Course Available Now! AIA Continued Education Construction Education
Zinsser is now offering two FREE AIA/CES Continuing Education courses on mold, mildew and moisture prevention. These courses have been approved and offer Learning Units/Continuing Education Units (LU/CEU) by a number of professional organizations including AIA, CSI, BOMI, AIBD, FBPE, NACHI, and IIDA.
#1 Use of Coatings to Prevent Mold and Mildew Damage

Offers an overview of advances in antimicrobial mold and mildew-proof primers, paints, wallcovering installation systems, waterproofing coatings and remediation cleaners. Permeability of wallcovering and coatings to install them with, plus Green building specification information for high performance, low VOC coatings for the prevention of mold and mildew are also reviewed. This course is HSW qualified.
AIA/CEU/HSW Credit Hours: Online version 1.5 LU’s/CEU’s; live presentation 1.0 LU/CEU

#2 Moisture Protections for Concrete & Masonry

Provides an overview of methods of reducing moisture intrusion in concrete and masonry walls with an emphasis on the role of sealers and coatings. This course is HSW qualified.
AIA/CEU/HSW Credit Hours: 1.0 LU/CEU credit hour (both Online version and live presentation)
